HDRI Sky Generator is an easy to use tool to create physically correct HDR sky images. You simply set your time and position and the sky image can be calculated. It is based on the CIE sky types. There is also the option to generate a summed HDR sky image (e.g. the light of a whole day, month or as in the following image a whole year in 1 hour steps).
